Answered 700 trillion times before, but ........ things chance on a daily basis and I wanted to check the current situation before I book a plane ticket.

Here we go.

I am in Pattaya.

I have a Non B ( multiple )

I have a work permit for the last 45 days.

The company is new ( 2 months ) so no tax returns yet.

My visa expires in December.

I was told that immigration here will not extend my Non B for another year because I cannot produce the tax returns. People are advising me to do a visa run to KL.

I see on their website that they also require tax info.

What is the current situation there, I have been told that it is a 24 hour turn around ?

Are they really anal about the documents on that list ?

So if I go there on a 3 day ticket, will I walk away with a 1 year Non B ( multiple ), thats my big question. Anyone who has got one recently please advise me about their process.

If not KL, where is the easiest place to get a new 1 year Non B / multiple ?

700 trillion times, yes things change but I suspect your number may be slightly out of the realm of most of usens math skills or lack thereof. I do hope someone can answer your questions in a paragraph or less.

Okay you have a 90 day multiple entry non-b.

How long have you had it?

If it does not expire before your current entry runs out you can go out and come back again using the same visa.

All you have to do is go out before it expires and you get another 90 days to get taxes paid.

Ubonjoe is right.

As long as you leave and return before the visa expires in December you will get

a new 3 month entry stamp. At least that buys you time, without great expense.

The best place to go will be one of the border crossings with Cambodia.

After that you will need to visit KL or Penang for a new visa.

You can look for the latest news, on which is best, nearer the time.

as it's a new company less than a year, you can get your non-b without producing the document.

balance sheet are scheduled for march-april, don't worry for this(this time)

I answered at first just his visa question.

Are you talking about a new non-b or the extension.

He says he was "told" that they wouldn't do it at immigration.

It of course depends upon the classification of his work permit and company.

I think he needs to go to immigration with all the documents except the balance sheet since how can you have that since the tax year hasn't ended.

He does have to show withholding tax.

you can't get an extension without balance sheet, pictures of the employees working and a certain amount of profit.

i was talking about the visa, i got my non-b multi without balance sheet as the company is less than a year.

I am guessing that the witholding tax you are talking about is for wages and not company profits, especially since there are none.

I have not talked to anyone in Immigration purely because if I ask 10 people I will get 10 answers and i trust the advice I get here more ( sadly ).

So getting back to my KL question, in order to avoid a song and a dance I think i will go there. Has anyone been recently to apply for a nonB / 1 yeat mutiple based on having a work permit and what do I have to look out for . ???
