Big C sports section--for a start--just bought some for my daughter--they don't stay in coz she keeps taking them out.

Guess a better quality sports goods supplier might have a better product, altho' these seem OK to me--don't want to fork out big baht for stuff the little tyke just pulls out asap--incidentally, they are not uncomfortable, she says, it's just she can't hear as good--pretty obvious really.
