Thanks Steve, Puangsoi arrived home from University and of course says it is so easy, but her phone is different to mine although it is a Nokia too, she can work my phone but for some reason cannot tell me how, there is always some step I cannot remember!!

I did try to get the 'phone guy to tell me the number for the call centre but all I got was the same 'call centre', do you know if there is one in Pai where I can go and tell them to lift their game??

Everyone knows what the buttons do except me!!

If you are having issues making a call is it possible you cannot see the keys or the screen properly? I know for me I need stronger glasses for the small print.

I will try posting again as I seemed to have issues with this picture also. If I click on it to make it larger I get an error message

Here is the jpg in a reduced size. Lets see if this works. When you read this just click on the photo to make it larger. I still have an issue that when I try to enlarge it I get an error from the system

Ok that does not work for me so I will add the pic in a pdf format and see if that works.

Ok the pdf shows it is there as an attachment but I still get an error when I try to open it. Maybe it's working for everyone else but me ,,,give it a try

Well I do not know what is up with the 2 files I attached as they cannot be opened or enlarged so I will delete them from my list
