"Behave good" is not proper English grammar anyway. The simplest translation is "good manners," or "well-mannered."

"Good upbringing" may be implied - as it gives the nod to one's parents.

Yes you can say this word "นิสัยดี" to Good behavior, It's a positive meaning, Showing your personality that you are nice to other people, kind and sweet.
