Handyman/craftsman Needed

I am looking for a handyman/craftsman who can do some tiling, fit some baseboards and frames and also remove a small section of a non bearing gypsum wall. The wall section contains a lightswitch so should also be able to relocate this switch. If anybody knows such a guy who preferably speak a little English and gives honest rates, I would be more than happy to hear from you.

and he's keen fo extra work in evening, weekends..... Where are you?

yes I have a local who is a qualified electrician builds houses and excellent in his work, he has worked overseas and is excellent. Nowadays no work near to pattaya.
