English-speaking Secretary

Seeking a Thai national with fluent English skills for a manufacturing company in Omyai.

Job Description:

Communicate with international customers via e-mail, phone, and letters.

Keep track of status of all international orders.

Calculate price quotes using a simple Excell spreadsheet.

Research potential new custotmers via internet.

Interface between customers and factory personnel.

The applicant's skill set should be fluency in written and spoken English, the ability to work with little supervision, an organized mind, and the ability to run Microsoft Office programs

Knowledge of international trade would be helpful, but it is not necessary. We will give you on-the-job training for whatever is necessary.
