In 2006 there was talk about fingerprinting all international passengers arriving to and/or departing from Suvarnabhumi. Is this system in place today for arriving and/or departing passengers? How long does the process take? (How much extra time will I need upon arrival and before departing on international flights?)

Thank you!

It is not in place, but it is in the US and it takes about 1 minute longer than the regular immigration procedure. Of course you have to have your print taken when you apply for the visa.

Thank you very much for the replies. This is a big help for scheduling my arrival, departure and meetings. I really appreciate all of the input.
