Im planning on bringing my thai wife to the uk and i plan on using, either Visa no1 or mythaivisa.com,anyone know if these services are good? thanks for your feedback

Visa No 1 has been mentioned in despatches on here before, I would suggest a thorough investigation before engaging.

A company with myth within its name would be a significant pointer to warrant investigation too, although I have never heard of them.

What are you wishing to do, VV or SV or other?

If you feel you need the services of an Agent, ensure you use an OISC registered company, DaviesKhan in my humble opinion are the best around.

Good Luck

Most Spouse visa applications are simple and straight forward, and with a little bit of research can be done without any professional help at all.

UK Visa Application Centre

Your application will be decided by UK nationals at the British embassy using UK immigration rules and law. If you do wish to use an adviser, it makes sense to use one who is qualified and regulated in the UK.

You may think that an agency in Thailand run by a Brit will be honest and so qualified, unfortunately you would be wrong.

Easy Visa in Pattaya is a prime example of an agency to avoid. The claims made on their website are unfounded, the most ridiculous being their claim to be registered with the "Embassies Governing Council" which is an organisation that does not exist. This agency is not registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner and the proprietor, Paul King, holds no UK legal qualifications.

If an agency is not registered with the OISC then do not use them.
