ok so now we know she was married before to farang and got left,no wonder she's suspicious of it happening again.Without knowing all the details it sounds like you are worrying more about any financial loss to you that a separation or an ending of the relationship may incur, and that's fine in itself,we all have to take care we are not taken to the cleaners in any relationship.Maybe now you dont care for her anymore as you did in the beginning and just want out and a return to a quiet life,if this is the case just go and go quickly and quietly as others have advised.Forget about the money, you've lost the sin sod,and i would recommend to forget about the 11 rai too, give her something to remember you by!

Trust me its healthier for you to walk away.

so they have something to talk about on the barstool in walking street tonight

And who is making sweeping statements, generalisations, stereotyping and quoting uban legends now ...Obviously TV posters who dont move in your elite "social" circle are all Farang drunks who spend all their time in bars.

well dekka007,i would n't like to chance it even at odds of 1000000/1 .............living in small village in Isaan surrounded by her friends and family are not good odds that nothing will befall said farang, better methinks to get out while the going is good,as i've said before forget about the money, and yes maybe nothing bad will happen to the OP,but then it might mighten it?

His pomposity knows no bounds....

Another one of those:-

"I've been here 15 years, and my wife is a Hi So girl who is university educated and never been in a bar in her life, and we have always lived in peace and harmony, and there are never any family disputes or dramas..... That only happens in the seedy areas of Pattaya and Nana Plaza where all the farangs are beer swilling, bot bellied sex pats and all the girls are low class, retarded whores.... and so on, ad infinitum..." :o:D

To the OP, I would say that if she is still legally married to another farang, you will have absolutely no problems with breaking up with her, and you owe her nothing. As others have said, get the land sorted, and regardless of what Mr Dekka007 might say, I still advise you to watch your back.

Good luck :D

Thank you I will watch my back

and try and sell the land, but these are hard times not easy to sell land.

Also a point to mention I am not living in or near her village, which is way up North. so should be OK from attacks in the night or otherwise by her relatives.

Maybe this will not end in a break up but it is good to know where I stand.

Today she is not speaking to me because I went out with the lads last night fore a few beers and some. got in at 1:L30 am

!!

If you have the land title in YOUR hands you can sell itanytime, for any price if you wanna get out of this.

If my GF/wife wouldn't talk with me, because I was out with the lads...and came home whenever, that would be it anyway!

It lacks a certain base which I value very high and think is very important for a well working human relationship.

What it all comes down to "hasher69" is the mental ability and disposition of your GF.

If she is a hoe and all her friends are hoe's she will take you for whatever she can. She will be getting all the free legal advice that that can collectively come up with.

If she is not (a hoe) you should be OK. The fact that she is married (and still married) is in your favour.

In fact the village ceremony where she went through "a form of marriage" with you makes her a bigamist and thus a criminal.

A marriage does not have to be officialised to be categorised as "a form of marriage" By the same token you also went through "a form of marriage" didn't you :o

Paying of the sin sot does not commit you to anything.

I suggest that you forget about the Baht 100,000.00, try and redeem the money from the land and forget her. The last might not be easy though.

Was not a hoe, became one, then came back to me, then left and became a hoe!!!!!

When she gets pissed she displays a disconcerting ability to be extra friendly to some other Farangs.

So all in all Have to get rid of her, and yes it will be difficult but probably a neccessity

will start to make my escape plans now.

Many thanks to you for your info, amnd also the all the others

Do I have to somehow close this thread or just leave it ?

You have to pay 100,000 Baht and buy 11 Rai of land before leaving the thread.

My ex used to say, James, don't start something you cant finish.

I said ok honey, but can I at least finish chewing before you ask me if you can finish the leftovers on my plate.

she was a big woman my ex. didn't ask for a baht as I threw her out cause her mouth was full of food.
