I'm seeing TMN vans and trucks all over the place pulling cabling.

Thipmanee cable TV it is called I think, I saw their office on Soi Chayaphruek 2 (going inland, not towards the beach) in Jomtien, not far from the traffic lights on the right hand side when driving away from Sukhumvit towards the sports stadium.

There's another thread on this company somewhere in the Pattaya section...
