I have found 3 free bike rental places in BKK.

1. Southern perimeter of Sanam Luang

2. Santichaiprakarn Park on Thannon Phra Athit

3. Thannon Rambuttri near the square

I was riding thru Sanam Luang last night and I noticed they don't leave the bikes at the stations at night, I think they bring them in on trucks every morning, but I could be wrong.

there are other spots renting free bikes in Bkk but I haven't found them yet

Do you know any of the conditions of use? What we need to provide? How long they can be used, when they have to be returned etc.? Opening hours?

As far as I know,

the bikes have to be returned the same day, you need to provide your passport and they open around 9-10AM.
