CNN may or may not have streaming video on election day but they certainly have live updates including vdo clips on their cnn.com or ac360.com websites starting at 2300GMT on Nov 4, 2008

you may also be able to find some TV distribution websites which illegaly broadcast CNN via streaming video.

you'll find a few sites that transmit the US CNN online

CNN Streaming LIVE coverage will start around 6 AM Bangkok Time on Nov. 5.

You will be able to get it from the CNN website.

US Law prohibits any reporting on results before the Polling stations of each State closes.

As Polls close the states will be added to tabulations.

It's hardly worth a live report: simply go to bed the night of the election and when you wake up in mid-December check http://www.supremecourtus.gov/ to find out who they have appointed president.
