Any member had problems with staying at the Smith Residence short term or long term ?

Apparently they have 2 projects now. I think the new one is cheaper still, although I could be wrong. The new one also has a pool but I was told that residents have to pay to use it. One guy told me that was not made clear when moving in.

The old one near McCormic hospital is supposed to be great value for money, for no thrills accommodation. That end of town is also pretty sleepy after 09:00, so much so that you can hear a pin drop outside. That’s fine if you don’t venture out during the small hours looking for a snack or bit of local entertainment.

i stayed there for about three weeks last month before moving to a condo. I found the service, rooms and everything good and would recommend it.
