Sarge, you don't understand American politics. We have winner take all elections, state by state. The fact that Obama won in southern states like Florida and Virginia and now it looks like maybe North Carolina which would really be amazing (deep south), and midwestern states like Ohio and western states like Colorado and New Mexico makes him a president of the entire nation, and does indeed represent a wide national mandate. The popular vote was not at all close by American standards. He is not only the president of California and New York, the coasts, but of the entire country. Like I said, you don't know what you are talking about. Believe me, Americans understand the significance of Obama's political achievement.

BTW, Arnie is not eligible to be US president as he was born an Austrian. Not gonna happen.

Also, you mentioned Obama's current popular percentage as 51 percent but failed to mention that McCain didn't get 49, he got 47, thats a 4 point spread representing MILLIONS of votes. Not close by any measure. The electoral margin is also still being decided but a huge margin for Obama.

I totally agree with this, Bush made america a laughing stock of the world. The leader who was dumb as fuc_k was running he country, I think Thaksin was a better leader which isnt really saying much. Obama seems like he has more then 2 brain cells and looks the goods
