Our client is an international group engaged in the manufacture and sale of high precision metal components that are applied globally in various markets for a broad range of industries.

The client is expanding the business of metal machining expertise and would like to get the energetic and dedicated person to give an idea and analysis of the market then develop a new product with our existing facility or a person who is on a market other than metal machining and would like to develop the product for launch in that market.

High Precision Metal Components Product Director / Product Manager (open also for Expat)

(60 – 150K)

New Product Development

-Lead the new product idea generation and development process for The Company.

-Seek to aid innovation and new ideas within existing products and benefits.

-Consider new business models, and the application of products and benefits within them e.g. Loyalty initiatives, Points Rewards Programs etc.

-Research, develop, plan and implement product/benefits strategies according to market and client needs, including pricing models

-Participate in client workshops to secure communication of market and client needs and potential new products.

-Present new product development strategy to clients in conjunction with client teams.

Product / Marketing Monitoring

-Develop and manage a monthly internal Product Update report for internal communication.

-Manage all product research initiatives for all product areas

-Manage all competitor monitoring initiative for all product areas

Knowledge / Qualifications

-Bechalor or Master Degree in Marketing of related field

-Experience of selling new ideas to internal and external.

-minimum 8 years experience and 4 years in management level

-Male (open for expats as well) age not over 47

-Able to work under pressure and with good negotiation skills

-Initiative, energetic and have leadership skills

-Able to Initiating products improvements to meet changing market needs

-Having direct Experience in Automotive or Hydraulic system industry
