girlx
girlx, Was Operation Rescue Cat succesful? well to be optimistic, i will say yes, but truth is i am not sure. yas and i noticed about 3 days ago the kitty was trapped on a ledge on a building across from my house, and he was frantic to find a way off. he couldn't find any shelter from the sun and there was no food or water. after 3 days we figured he was starving and it started pouring rain on top of that- so we decided to go and get the people who lived in the building to help us get him down. the people were sooo nice, a thai guy very bravely climbed from a window out on to the ledge in the rain and tried to lure the cat towards us (we were very scared for him), but the cat just got scared and jumped. we couldn't figure out where he landed but there was no body anywhere so we figure he landed on a windowsill about 10 feet below (cats always land on their feet right?) and went into the apartment there. even if he did get smooshed i think it is a better death than the slow one we were watching progress. i think that guy on the other thread was right, i should never look out my window again! anyway- back on topic...
