Hi guys

I recently bought a Samsung 22" monitor which just went haywire. The brightness control suddenly popped up and started increasing the level to 100%, then wouldn't go away. I checked on the net and several people have this problem. The solution seems to be with the hardware, so I need a service centre. Checked on line and can't find the location of Samsung centres in Bangkok and Pattaya.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Samsung has it's own Service Center's in many IT-Mall's in the Meantime, like Pantip Plaza (4. floor) or even MBK (4.floor). Don't know in Pattaya.

Cheers.

I just went to Samsung's service centre in Phantip Plaza and the service was good and at least one of the service ladies spoke very good English. I was also at the centre in MBK and the service rep I had was not very good at English, so much so I didn't want any misunderstandings to wreck my phone so I left.
