I have seen them there as well. I think the store is called Export 71, just a short distance from the Canal Road intersection on Huay Kaew Road.

Saw a bunch on my last trip to the border for my visa. Not sure if they were real but if they were copies they were good ones.

Forgot Export 71, despite passing it most days. Had look all over airport plaza and kad suan kaw.

I suppose I want the genuine one but not at the genuine price - if you know what I mean.

My son is looking for one to be sent to the UK.

Pretty sure I saw North Face gear (at least bags) in the big sports store at the back of Kad Suan Kaew - i.e. not in Central.

Yes, Sports World in Kad Suan Kaew carries genuine North Face gear - clothes & shoes as well as bags. Genuine prices too, though maybe slightly lower than in the US.

The ever-nomadic 'Der Export' shops, which sell what I find to be the best Farang clothing for the best prices, have racks loaded up with Columbia winter jackets right now. You could pretty much buy what you need to go snowboarding if you wanted, though you'd need that much protection from cold only a few days per year. They also have cotton pajamas, sweaters, and hoodies. There used to be one at Tesco Hang Dong, now gone. There used to be one across from, then inside Panthip Plaza, now gone. There is one for sure on ground floor of the new Big C on Hang Dong. There was one out in the old Big C yrs back, but I haven't been by to look for it in forever.
