FYI...found this site in Khon Kaen forum. www.thaiimmigration.com website for Nong Khai Imm. office. Don't recall coming across it here, so I thought I post it.

It is not really a Thai Immigration.

It is a local site set up and run by two farangs for the Nong Khai Immigration office.

Information posted there should be treated with care as it seems

to be divergent from reality.

yep, don't want to slag them off because they have treaded me well so far, but whoever runs it has no idea about Thai dual citizenship laws (he thinks it is illegal). Can't tell him otherwise either.

In addition, their mods force everyone to have their posts vetted. Makes for a web-board which is slow, clunky, and unhelpful for those who like their answers in real time.

I'll stick with TV.
