I would have no hesitation recommending Wat Thamkrabok. It is basically free, and ruin by Thai monks; many are ex-addicts themselves. I am an ex-patient. You can find out more from the following two links;

i have been in Chaing Mai for the last 8 months and most of the last 5 years in Thailand. Have been working with acoho;ic rehabilitation and found your post, Do you have an email address for the new center and if they are hiring?
