Do any members have any positive experience of using debt collectors in Thailand?

A major farang property developer on Samui has taken payment, but failed to produce the goods. mad.gif They've admitted fault, promised to repay, but are claiming not to have immediate funds to offer. I suspect they're not trying hard enough and could be persuaded with a bit of pressure.

I'm already pursuing the lawyer angle but would like to arm myself with every weapon available. Are there such things as debt colection agencies here that can get results?
