Huawei E220 Settings For Dtac?

Featured Replies

Hi!

I´m going to send an unlocked huawei e220 usb modem to my girlfriend in Thailand.

What settings must be done for dtac´s sim card with unlimited use.

Here in Sweden i´m using this settings:

Profile name: Telia

Authentification No: *99#

Username:

Password:

DNS: Dynamic

APN and additional settings: Static

APN: online.telia.se

IP Settings: Dynamic

Authentification protocol: CHAP

WINS Settings: Dynamic

I hope someone can help me with this, it´s easier if the modem

is all set up so it´s only to put in the sim and go.

This is the profile set up by dtac on my Vista laptop

Network > Chose Network and Register: Auto Choose Network

Then in the box below: Operator name

Profile name: ais

Authentification No: *99#

Username:

Password:

DNS: Dynamic

APN and additional settings: Static

APN: internet

IP Settings: Dynamic

Authentification protocol: CHAP

DNS Settings: Dynamic

WINS Settings: Dynamic

Just curious, is it possible to set these settings into the dongle? My settings are stored on the laptop and I have to input them again when moving the dongle to another computer.
