I hope you've read the invitation to my launch party for my new book, MY THAI GIRL AND I. It's at the FCCT (Foreign Correspondants' Club) in Bangkok on Thursday at 8.00 pm.

This is just to say the with the little local difficulty at the airport there is now absolutely no chance of Angelina making it on the night after all. Sorry to disappoint you.

On the other hand I wil be there and I hope it'll be a good party. You are invited!
