Return Flights When Entering Thailand

Featured Replies

Hi all, newbie here :o

I've just applied to complete a TEFL course at SEE in Chiang Mai...

from what I can tell, the school will help me with gaining a 1 year Non - Immigrant ED visa

from what i can tell, i wills till require leaving thailand and coming back in every 90 days... ?

anyways, my question is more to do with the flights to Thailand itself (with Visa)

Will I need to have a return flight paid for when entering Thailand? Would a flight booked and paid for from (say) Bangkok to KL a year in advance be ok?

I do apologise if there is already a thread on this (no doubt there is)

thanks in advance

If you have a valid visa, you wouldn't need a ticket for a return flight.

In the OP you stated that the school will help you with gaining a 1 year Non - Immigrant ED visa.

Now you want a B-visa, this more complicated. :o

yes, i agree this seems more complicated... i thought it was to be a 1 year Non - Immigrant ED Visa, SEE has come back saying we will be applying for a 1 year Non - Immigrant B Visa

i am 33 fem, australian - partner 28, male, australian

it seems we now require police clearance from australia also.

You only need a business visa if you will be working as a teacher,

which seems to be the case as you mention a police clearance??

As a student, a Non Imm Ed visa is definitely what you want.
