7 Day Extention Possible When On 90 Day Stamp Non-immi O?

Featured Replies

I have a multiple non-immi o visa, my 90 day stamp ends on feb 12th. But my airplane back to my country leaves 15th feb.

Can I get a 7 day extension on my 90 days?

If yes, can I apply now or do I need to wait until February to ask for the extension?

Thanx

Go along to Immigration a bit nearer the time with your flight ticket and you should get 7 days.

Or do a border run and get another 15 days entry.

You MAY be able to get an extension if you rack up to immigration with outgoing tickets, it will cost you 1900 Baht. You could do this any time, but would likely stand a better chance of sympathy if you wait until nearer your exit date.

OR

You can do a border run and get another 90 day stamp (assuming your visa is still active) for about 2000 Baht (obviously depends where you are, I'm assuming BKK)

OR

You could overstay 3 days for 1500 Baht (not really recommended but it's the cheapest option).

Thanx,

yes I can do a border run and get 90 days again, but it's more comfortable to go to pattaya immigration and get a stamp, than do a 8 hour visa run.
