I'm new on thai visa and dont know if i'm posting this correctly?!

I've got a non imm type b visa, 12 months multi entry - visa stamp until the 12th Jan - do i need to do a visa run and if so will the entry be for 3 months again automatically?

Also with the changes to the new laws stated on this website - am i going to be able to obtain another next year? We have a company and are initially developing 2 properties - our registered capital of business was declared at only 1.5 mill ( lower than the actual land purchase price so the previous owner paid less tax) - can we increase the registered capital when the properties have been built?

Yes you will need to do a border run. You will still get 90 days.

New rules should not affect your getting another multiple entry visa.
