Every DVD software player will play VCD's!

If you want to try a different player try VLC player, its free.

Cyberlink PowerDVD isn't an online VCD player just an Player installed on your computer. If you want to look VCD's online that's also impossible but you can look Video's online likle YouTube Clips.

For to look VCD's on your computer you can download the LC Player, which is Freeware and can downloaded from here: http://www.videolan.com/
