Today I went to the revenue department. They just moved to a new location. I tried to get a certified true copy of the P.N.D. 90 and P.N.D. 94 documents of my wife's business.

They said that they can't give them because their computer is broken. They wrote a letter (not called) to the responsible person to let him fix it. They said they can't work and just wait until someone comes to help them.

They could not say how long it takes (which in Thailand usually means very long).

I need these documents for my visa extension.

Did anyone ever downloaded empty P.N.D. documents, filled them in, and gave these documents to immigration?

Or do they only accept certified true copies from the revenue department?

Can we obtain the documents from somewhere else?

Any other suggestions?

I have the original receipt that shows the amount of tax we paid.

If the P.Ng.D. forms are not available online (I never could find them) your local revenue office will give you blank forms.

Since their computers are down, ask them to issue a letter addressed to the immigration office where you will apply, stating that due to technical problems they are currently unable to issue the 'certified true copy' as required.

Fill in the blank P.Ng.D.'s and use the original receipts and the letter mentioned above and you should be okay with immigration, though they may require you to provide them with the real 'certified true copy' at a later time.

Click on ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา for tax documents related to personal income tax (PND 90, PND 94, PND91, PND93).

The websites contains all documents in a special PDF format which allows you to fill in the fields before printing it.

All documents are in Thai.

But as said these are empty documents, not certified true copies.

Problem fixed (and much much faster than I expected)! The computer works again. People in the new revenue office were friendly. Everything fine!
