I have just returned from Penang having obtained a single entry tourist visa.

Just before the expiry of this visa am I correct in saying that I can apply for a further 30 days extension at Bangkok immigration and the document required is a completed form T7 together with 2 passport size photos and the fee of B1900.

Kindly confirm.

Yes. It can be any Immigration office. Go a few days early. You will not lose any days.
