90 Day Visa Advice & Documents Needed?

Featured Replies

I am due to leave Thailand next month for a few weeks and then return for a couple of months or more. I have done a few border runs in the last months but now with the changing of the rules to 15 days it makes no sense to do this as the distance is too far.

  • Having never done a 90 day visa before what are the documents required?
  • As I am leaving next month then coming back I presume a multiple entry would be needed?

Sorry for the newbie questions can anyone give me some advice and if this is my best option?

Thanks.

More info. is needed.

Nationality, Age, Married to a Thai, Where are you going to apply? etc.

To get a 90 day Non Imm O Visa you have to meet certain requirements.

If you are asking about Tourist Visas (60 days) Vientiane Laos will issue double entries.

British, 38, Married to Thai and I will be applying in Savvanaket. Is it a lot easier to get 60 days tourist visa then maybe this could be an option this time.

Thanks for replying.

Get a 1-year multiple entry non-o based on marriage in England (Hull).

Gives you 90 days stamps every time you enter into Thailand.

Hull doesn't require any documentation.

Other consulates : copy marriage certificate, copy her ID, Copy her housebook.

You can also now can get an extension of stay for 60 days, based on visiting your Thai wife, at immigration in Thailand. This is a one time extension only.

I`m not going to be in UK so that one option is no good to me. What is the closest immigration in North East Isaan for the one off extension does anyone know Nakhon Phanom?

Thanks for these options keep them coming! :o
