Two shops that I know of.

Soi Day Night Hotel, off South Pattaya road (the soi with the Pattaya People offices opposite the day night hotel), drive down the soi, past the hotel, and on the first corner on your left hand side is an electronics shop.

Theprasit road. When coming from Sukhumvit road, in the shophouses just past the fuel station on your right hand side. All the students from the nearby Aksorn Technical School buy all their stuff their for their electronics projects...

The one on Theprasit is called by the locals 'ban moh' or 'soi electronic' and their the local dealers for NPE. The place on Soi day night is pretty crap IMHO
