Won't go into specifics right now, anyone else had any 'confusions' in their dealings?

(If you have, like me, you will know why it's not easy to go straight into details in this post)

I have some flights confirmed, but it wasn't as easy at it could have been. I wouldn't bother with email, just call the guy direct!

I used their services last month

I had been asking numerous questions regarding diffrnt flights and each time , the following day at the latest , I was getting n answer on my mail.

I wa in touch with the girl and was every bit efficient (she is the only one I was in contact with)

I got a PM from bazmlb regarding my earlier post. Today I got an email response to my enquiry. I don't know if this in response to my enquiry of 1 month ago, or the 1 I did last night to show baz what I'd done. Whatever, the email gave me information I'd already found for myself by looking at airline websites, and my plans have changed in the last month. I'll do it direct next time.

Ive not made any bookings as of yet but have been looking at flights to London this year and the lady called Tanya has been fantastic in getting back to me with emails and quotes. I am very happy with the service so far, speedy and efficient! Keep up the good work Thaivisa travel!
