January 20, 200917 yr Hello everyone I have an old "run around" 91 suzuki 110 motorbike and a strange thing happened to me this morning : as i was riding to work, somehow the motorbike key fell out of the ignition! Before i realised what had happened it was too late to navigate my way back and try and look for it. Since that key was the only one that i have (funnily enough i can still ride the bike and kick start it with no problems) will it be difficiult to have any more made? I have the green book and it is fully taxed / insured. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
January 20, 200917 yr Take the bike to a local bike repair shop and explain the situation. They will get the local key man to come out to the bike. he turns up with lots of keys and basically tries them till one fits. I did it with my phantom. Only took a few minutes
January 20, 200917 yr If the key managed to fall out whilst riding then a suspect a nail file will probably work. Go to Suzuki and buy a new barrel, it's probably only held in by a couple of bolts and therefore easily interchangeable
