Hi Guys,

Firstly, aplogies to the Admin/Mods if this is posted in the wrong section.

Yesterday I received a Subpoena to appear in Court as a witness in a Criminal Case. It came out of the blue and I was wondering what, if any, are the penalties for failing/refusing to attend court. Can anyone help with this?

I just don't want to be involved in the case for personal reasons.

considering this is very likely to be illegal, Im closing this thread.
