Vt7 Work Stopped

Featured Replies

I noticed this afternoon (Wednesday) that work on VT7 had stopped and all the workers sent offsite. Does anyone know what that's about? Maybe a holiday afternoon to reward the people for their efforts, and they'll be hard at it again tomorrow? Or has VT7 run out of money? Or has the recent JCC submission to the Rayong court resulted in a new order to suspend work? I have heard several rumours along these lines this PM, but nothing of any substance.

Well, if they scrap it, the shell will make an awesome base for the world's largest ELECTRONIC BILLBOARD! :o

Have you all seen the HORROR at Thapprasit and Thappraya yet?

An obtrusive erection indeed!

It will be very interesting what till happen to VT7 - please keep us posted if you see or hear anything.

I saw the cranes working yesterday and the cranes and workers are also working today (Thursday). The building has reached 27 floors at the front and the back-side will also reach 27 shortly.

A few other construction jobs have stopped in Jomtien ,but that one ,the most controversial goes on at full speed .TIT

False alarm, sorry! I still don't know why they stopped work yesterday afternoon, but they are back hard at it this morning. A VT safety meeting, maybe :o ?

They're just about to pour the ceiling of the 27th floor on the south side wing. That will be the building itself finished, but they still have to construct the water tank on the roof. Hopefully the construction noise will soon become a lot less.

Think Stopvt7 was handing out free Som Tam over the road.

in an attempt to halt the construction,

so i was told Ha Ha Ha
