Laptop Memory Prices?

Featured Replies

I have a friend bringing me over a EEE PC 1000H next week.

I want to upgrade the RAM to 2GB.

Anyone have an idea of the price in Thailand for a 2GB 667Mhz SODIMM (PC2-5300 I think it's called)?

Thanks in advance.

How old is the laptop? I forget the actual name of the memory chip but if the laptop is old, say about 3 years then it will be on the pricey side. Say about 3,000 baht per GB. On the other hand if it is not old then it should be about 900 baht per GB.

It's brand new, takes a SODIMM. 900 Baht sounds ok, I'll tell him not to buy one in the UK.
