Try Biman Bangladesh Airlines. I am serious. This is nor a joke.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. But I really need to know of a travel agent in Bangkok where my partner can go and book the ticket and pay for it in cash. I am in the UK do can not do it myself on a credit card.
