Harry Buses go from Mor Chit (Northern Bus Terminal) near Chatujak Weekend market. I doubt it, Sangkha is a very small town in the middle of nowhere. I suppose you know that if you want to go there. You can get a bus from Prasat to Sangkha if that helps, but no direct link. I'v used them many times between Surin and BKK. The link you suggest below details at least 2 establishments that would transport you from Surin to your prefered destination BTW so I can see no problem?? About any farang wanting to go to such faraway places knows someone there or knows the ropes-it is hihgly unlkely that someone just turns up there completely unannounced. and what is so wrong which a change? helpful Tai will always point the way-just a matter of asking. same at mochit-go to info fist-they may know of some obscure link-never hurts. In general buses are faster, far more frequent and often easier to book (just come and pay that ticket) as trains-and they also tend to bring many people closer to their final destination. I thought all the buses were air-con but put didn't mention it as I wasn't 100% sure, as I don't use the bus, I have done once and that was enough. The train and bus (length of journey) times are about same. Also, in general, you see a lot more buses in ditches or klongs than trains. Hence my decision to use the train or fly (when available).
