I have recently read that the Thai government have waived Visa fee's for 3 months . Is this already in affect ? If yes from when until when ? What visa's does it apply to ? Does it apply to the 1,900baht 30 day extension fee on the 60 day tourist Visa ?

Not in effect yet. Don't know when and no details yet.

It will not apply to immigration fee's.
