I have a reasonably sized, reasonably priced studio apartment for rent in Nonthaburi. with a wrap-around view of life on the river. It will be available at the end of February and has been renting for 6000 baht per month. This may change with new tennants but would still be less than 8000. A landline telephone is in operation and may be maintained. The building has DSL internet available (in the apartment) at 500 baht per month after initial hookup fee. You pay the small electricity and water bills. This flat is unfurnished by the building, however, you can buy everything in it, including refidgerator, cook top, oven, dishes, pots, bedding, desk, book cases and wardrobe, small table and chairs, hotwater shower heater, and some teak furniture. ( A queen bed and another wardrobe are provided by owner of the building) All available at a very reasonable package rate, which even includes the kitchen sink!

The apartment is located at the Nonthaburi pier, on the 7th floor of an 8 story building.

yes, we own the kitchen sink! Which will stay with the apartment, seeing as how the plumging has been done..faucet in, drain out. If you buy the package to move somewhere4 else the sink will have to stay! The bathroom sink however is built right into a lovely vanity and is part of the apartment. Apparentyly none of the Thais in this building have kitchens and prefer to eat the huge selection of stuff that is available within about 100 meters every day.
