Tonycheston Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 (edited) Can anyone please update me on the proposed visa fee waiver. Is it in force yet and if so, how does it work? I have a double entry visa that has to be used before 7th March. I am British. I have been here now almost 60 days on my first entry. That means that I have to apply for a 30 day extension next week at the immigration. Do I have to pay 1,900 Baht and then leave and re-enter Thailand before the 7th March, so as to get my 2nd entry = another 60 days? ubonjoe Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 No free visas yet. Immigration fees are not going to be free. You will pay 1900 baht for a 30 day extension.
