Visa Fees Update.

Featured Replies

Can anyone please update me on the proposed visa fee waiver. Is it in force yet and if so, how does it work?

I have a double entry visa that has to be used before 7th March. I am British. I have been here now almost 60 days on my first entry. That means that I have to apply for a 30 day extension next week at the immigration. Do I have to pay 1,900 Baht and then leave and re-enter Thailand before the 7th March, so as to get my 2nd entry = another 60 days?

Thanks for any info - Tony in BKK

No free visas yet. Immigration fees are not going to be free.

You will pay 1900 baht for a 30 day extension.

You have to leave and re-enter before 7 march to use your 2nd entry.
