I got my 90 day non imm O visa in Savannakhet last Wednesday. Thanks for your advise. Does this mean I can get another one when this one has expired?

Also I stayed at the Mekong hotel - it was grand air con refrigerator tv etc.. It was only 340baht.

I heard that you probably had gotten it from a another member who didn't get his for retirement.

Glad it went good for you.

Yes you can get another one but probably not in Savannakhet without a lot of discussion, they claim that you can only get one a year. You should try getting another 60 days extension from immigration before you try getting another single. If not then go to Vientiane to get the next visa.

But really the best thing to do would be to fly to KL and get a multiple entry visa.

Glad you liked the Mekong Hotel. Not the best but clean, comfortable and cheap.

How was the Beer Lao?

Yes I know the other member you are talking about. Nice bloke. Joe are you saying if I go to KL I can get a 90 day or 1 year. The beer Lao was great but beware it is free in the Vegas casino. Lost 15K baht in roulette so it's not really free. :-(

He said the same about you.

Yes you can get a multiple entry in KL. That would give you almost 15 months if you do an entry and get 90 days just before the visa expires. Have a look at the KL reports listed on this topic they are for marriage but you can get one also. You have enough money in the bank to satisfy their requirements. There was a recent post where a member only had 79,000 baht in the bank and gpt his. Link: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/Latest-Repor...on-t189375.html

Sounds like some expensive free beer.
