I often wonder if the problems will move any further north. There are a lot of muslims near my gf's family. My gf's father was even a muslim (originally from malaysia). In my experience they are all peaceful in taht area but my gf's family get very nervous about me travelling around the area (in remote villages) by myself. I don't really understand why because there is no problems as such at present.

Do you think the problems could move further north with the muslim communities around there?
