Does anyone recommend Pornpanasap Residence or KV Mansion near On Nut?

The shorter the distance to the sky train station, the better.

I'm not personally familiar with this apartment, but I did notice this post in another thread on this building. You should read it...

I got a copy of their rate sheet. It shows smallish rooms from 8,000 to 12,000 on the 2-4th floors, and 9,000 to 13,000 baht on the 5-7th floors. Electric 7 baht per unit, water 18 baht per unit. Requesting at least 4 month lease.

They advertise free cable tv, all rooms air conditioned, key card system, on-site coffee shop and on-site car parking. Two months deposit and first month rent requested in advance. Email Pornpanasap.residence at gmail.com
