No luck yet in Thailand (all our neighbours have it though).

AIS has trial systems running both in Chiang Mai and Bkk, but on the 900 Mhz band, with which your device will not be compatible...

They might auction the 2100 Mhz licenses this year, add another 6 months for the roll-out, and we're looking early to half 2010 for having semi usable 3G...
