Question For General Managers, Resident Manager Of Hotels

Dear also Moderator I am unsure of where to post this topic to get most answers

My question those out there who are GM of hotels. Would like your insight as to:

a. your daily routines are

b. what percentage of time do you spend on certain things ( greeting guests, paperwork, etc )

c. worked in 3, 4, 5 star hotels, if so what differences & similiarities do you see.

d. Experiences working with thai's like

in general, Hiring, Firing, Training, Level of english, ability of thai's to handle problems with foreign customers. Things you mostly see when working with the Thai People

e. Why do you stay in thailand, job requirement, or just like it here, or for money

f. Between working for a global brand or family run hotel any preference over either as far as which you would rather prefer. If so why

A couple of things if I may, firstly, I doubt many GM's have the time to answer all your questions in detail and secondly, it helps (or so it seems) if you explain why you are looking for so much info.
