Do you place 007 or 009 before the number to call australia cheap??

I use 009 - not sure how cheap it is but was told it was the best both from land lines and mobiles.

i think dee dial 1.5 baht per min to ozzie is much cheaper than 007 or 009 at 7 baht per min
