February 20, 200917 yr The green five foot high electrical /transformer ? boxes that were installed along the beach walk almost 2 years ago are now being encased with 3-D Pattaya City signs. Does anyone know if the electrical function is operational or if it will ever be? Or is this really just a cover up of a project permenately unfinished ?

February 24, 200917 yr Didn’t they move all the overhead wiring underground at the same time? These are probably transformers/switches that they did not want to put underground. Since the power is working, wouldn’t you consider the project completed? TH
