The green five foot high electrical /transformer ? boxes that were installed along the beach walk almost 2 years ago are now being

encased with 3-D Pattaya City signs.

Does anyone know if the electrical function is operational or if it will ever be?

Or is this really just a cover up of a project permenately unfinished ?

Seems to me just another money wasting excercise.

Didn’t they move all the overhead wiring underground at the same time? These are probably transformers/switches that they did not want to put underground. Since the power is working, wouldn’t you consider the project completed?

Nope there are still pylons with overhead electrcity and telephone wires..yes much, much less cluttered than before

but still not finished.
