MSQ is a pretty difficult and expensive place to get to.

these are your options:

AEROSVIT via Kiev (they sometimes have affordable one-way-fares from BKK to Europe)

ETIHAD via Abu-Dhabi (sometimes affordable one-ways available as well. be aware that they dont fly to MSQ daily)

more options - but these are probably more pricey as these airlines usually dont offer cheap one-way-fares:

TURKISH via Istanbul (flights to MSQ not daily)

AUSTRIAN via Vienna (connecting flight to MSQ is served by their subsidiary TYROLEAN)

S 7 via Moscow - but have no idea about their pricing system

to book this, you will probably have to go to travel agent. I dont think you will find any acceptable one-way-fare online

Looking on Travelocity, Etihad is substantially the cheapest.
