No, only during high tide. having lived on 11 and known sathit for over 10 years now and seeing him put up with the same sad sack crew or drunken riggers and booze addled expats night after night i am happy to hear he has socked away enough to move on to bigger and better things. cheap charlies has never had any pretentions of being anything ohter than what it is, a bar in an alley that sold cold and relatively cheap beer.
